The waitlist was so long for the first two bird walks, we added a third and hosted a total of 38 people!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ravenna and Cowen Parks provide important habitat and a true oasis for birds in the City.&nbsp;Over the course of the three walks, we saw 28 species. This included four different types of woodpeckers: &nbsp;the Pileated Woodpecker (the largest woodpecker in North America), the Hairy Woodpecker, the Northern Flicker and the Downy Woodpecker.
